The next IDDRG Conference (IDDRG 2011) will be held from 5-8 June 2011 in Bilbao, in northern part of Spain. Bilbao is historically an industrial city. The venue of the Conference is the Euskalduna Palace. The Conference will be organised by LABEIN Technalia, which is a research organisation of fifty years experience in R&D activities.

The IDDRG'2009 was held in Golden, Colorado in the USA located 20 km west of Denver. The main location of the Conference was at the Advanced Steel Processing and Products Research Center (ASPPRC) and the Colorado School of Mines. The Conference was held between June 1-3, 2009, and was organized by the North American Deep-drawing Research Group. There were more than 120 participants from all over the World.

The IDDRG 2010 International Conference will be held from May 31 to June 02, 2010 at the Old University in Graz, which is situated in the south-east of Austria and is the capital of Styria. In 2003 Graz was the European Capitol of Culture but the city has also long industrial tradition. Automotive suppliers are located in the region which is reflected in the scope of the Graz University of Technology and in particular in the research work of the Institute Tools & Forming.

The IDDRG 2008 was be held at prestigious Volvo car company in Olofström, Sweden between 16-18 June 2008. The Conference was organised by the Swedish Deep-drawing Research Group and it was a similar success as the 16th Biennial Congress in 1990 held in Borlange, and followed by the Working Group meeting in Gothenburg.
